Miranda Aldhouse-Green

Miranda Aldhouse-Green is a British archaeologist and author who is Professor of Archaeology at Cardiff University, where she earned her undergraduate degree. She researches and writes primarily about the Iron Age and Romano-Celtic history, particularly focusing on iconography, art, and sacrificial activities. In 2006 a report from Universities UK called Aldhouse-Green's Celtic research one of the "100 major discoveries, developments and inventions" in the UK to have transformed the world in the last half-century. She was previously a Fellow of the Society of Antiquaries of London and the President of the Prehistoric Society. Her earlier publications were released under the name Miranda Green.
